We recognize that not everyone may have the time to attend the full weekend. To honor different levels of availability, we’re offering two ticket options:

Cohort Participant – All-Inclusive Ticket Includes access to the full experience: the Friday Opening Ceremony and all plenary and cohort sessions on Saturday and Sunday.

Donation-Based Plenary Open Session Day Pass: Includes access to the Friday Opening Ceremony and the Saturday and Sunday plenary open sessions. Note: This pass does not include access to cohort sessions, which makes up most of the conference and is where participants will have the chance to speak directly with the Elders.

To purchase your ticket for the conference:

2. Select "Other" to input the price of your ticket, according to whether you are a cohort or plenary open session participant.

3. On the "Message" box please write whether you are a Plenary or Cohort Participant.

*** If you are a community partner and have received a discounted rate, write the name of the organization you are apart of.

This conference is entirely organized by a grassroots team of volunteers who aren't profiting from it. The majority of the revenue will go towards covering the stipends of Elders and Bridgers. We trust that you will select the highest category you're able to afford as a sign of reciprocity towards the medicine and this work.

• Reciprocity All-inclusive Cohort Ticket: $225+

• Professional All-inclusive Cohort Ticket Rate: $225

• Community All-inclusive Cohort Ticket Rate: $125

• Full-time Student All-inclusive Cohort Ticket Rate: $75 (Please send a picture of your student ID to hello@sunflowersutras.org after completing your purchase)

PLENARY OPEN SESSION TICKETS:

Donation Based, with a $15–$35 suggested donation per day you plan to attend, based on your financial situation and capacity. Every offering helps us keep this work rooted in community and care.

If you would like to participate but can't afford any of these rates, please reach out to hello@sunflowersutras.org for a scholarship request, briefly stating how this conference would benefit you and or your community. We have a limited scholarship pool.
